Google is certainly one of the largest technology companies in the world. But just how massive exactly it is?
Well, according to the infographic created by computers school, Google is seriously strong financially and is the undisputed champion when it comes to indexing information on the web. One interesting fact highlights that the amount of data stored in Google totals 1.2 zettabytes, which is equivalent to everyone in the world posting on Twitter non-stop for a century.

Financially, Google is extremely efficient as it reported an all time high of $23.7 billion in revenue and $6.5 billion in net profit for 2009. That was a good 50% jump from its 2008’s net profit.
Google stretches itself wide to ensure people spend time on its site (YouTube, Orkut etc). That’s the Google revenue equation at work but its dominance is challenged by Microsoft and Facebook. Can Google maintain the steam? Or are the recent dismay results (Wave, Buzz, Phone) showing signs of a failing giant?
